The hotel's location is amazing, right beside the train station to go to Wan Chai, close to nice restaurants and very near a shopping center. the room and bathroom are quite clean and comfortable, with facilities like coffee sachets. the staff is very friendly and speaks good English.
Some guests have reported that the bed is not comfortable, and the hotel may need some renovations to renew its facilities.

Do not stay in this hotel. The room is so small that you feel being in jail. There are better choices around the area for the same money. You will regret it if you come. A rip off....

Nothing.
Firstly, when I checked in the receptionist ask me to pay in full the hotel rate (even before seeing the room). This is was a bad sign. Once I saw the room I was shocked- tiny room in a size of a jail cell (2m by 2.20m) with a bad that filled up 75% of the room floor space. The hotel is located in a busy/noisy street with many buses and trucks passing by – no window isolation and staying in the 9th floor was like being in the street level. It was a disaster to stay there. I am surprised that Booked.net are not checking hotels advertisements and complying with the booking terms and conditions.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Hong Kong. the location was fantastic, with a busy bus stop right on the doorstep, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and available 24/7. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met during my stay. Additionally, the rooms were well-appointed, with basic amenities and a comfortable shower. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and gave me a great start to the day.
Everything was great, no improvements needed.

I have stayed in Hotels on five different continents. I have also stayed on cruise ships and a luxury train. I fly business class regularly. In all these times, I knew what my level of expectation regarding my sleeping arrangements was. However, Mingle with the Stars brings this experience to a new level. I paid over $200 for the room and was slightly worried when they asked for the full amount prepaid at check-in. They also swiped my card with the old fashioned C/C slip with a $50 deposit. When I got to the room I saw why. I have stayed in hotels with bigger ensuite bathrooms than this room. It measures 18 M Sq. I could touch the wall on the left while lying on the bed and reach over and touch the wall on the right with my leg. Tiny would not describe it. It over looks Wan Chai road and is very noisy. When I checked out in the morning, I met another guest, and believe it or not, his room was even smaller. Avoid this place unless you like tight spaces and small facilities.

We had a great stay at Mingle With The Star! The location was ideal, just minutes away from the bustling city center. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the good Wi-Fi connection, which made it easy for us to stay connected. Despite a couple of small drawbacks, we would still recommend this hotel for its value for money and convenient location. we had a positive experience at Mingle With The Star.

This was my second stay. The first time, I stayed in a Superior Room and was surprised to see very poor reviews for this hotel as I had a spacious room. The service was responsive and I had no complaints.
This time, due to Hong Kong being in a busy season, the rates of the rooms were much higher and I had to book a standard room fro myself and my son. I couldn't believe how much I had to pay for two extremely narrow beds with about 30cm between them.

Overall, room is neat & clean, sheets are clean Toilet is clean. Free wifi. Boost free movie viewing. Basic amenities are sufficient.
Room is very small & toilet is very small. If you are above average height or of bigger built, you might feel very claustrophobic & knock into things. You would have to climb up 1 flight of stairs before reaching the lift to take to your room floor. Thus, people with big luggages might struggle up the stairs.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Wan Chai. the location was superb, with easy access to the MTR, tram, and bus stops, making exploring the city a breeze. The hotel staff, particularly Rossana, were incredibly helpful and respectful, ensuring all my needs were met. Additionally, the basic amenities provided in the rooms on level 5 were great, making my stay comfortable and convenient. I also appreciated the value for money, with reasonable prices for the room and breakfast.
My experience at this hotel was excellent.

The room was really clean and the location was great, just a few minutes walk from the center of the city. the staff was friendly and provided good customer service.
The room lacked character and personality, making it feel unremarkable. the shower was cramped and uncomfortable to use.

I had fun in this hotel, friendly staff, when you need them, they will attend your needs so quick, the best thing was, it has SURROUND speaker and big Smart tv that we were so relaxed and enjoyed movie while staying. They clean the room promptly and housekeeping were friendly as well. Complete towels so clean and rhey even upgraded our room. Thought the room was small but its fair enough. I will gi back to this hotel and very near to WAN CHAI Mtr station. Many establishments, nearby mcdo kfc and food trip establishments. I will surely come back!
We stayed in front of city view... Bit noisy but carry on. Very narrow restroom only one can fit ... Cold very cold
